Optimo is the SPAI software dedicated to the optimization of cutting plans for single-blade and angular panel saws.
It is the result of over twenty-five years of direct experience in production departments and was born with a clear objective: to increase the real efficiency of production, reducing waste, time and costs .
Optimo is used in the office, separating the optimization phase from the machine, so as not to interfere with the production cycle and guarantee operational continuity.
Optimo easily communicates with external management and ERP systems via CSV, XLS files or SQL tables and can send work programs directly to the panel saw via Ethernet network.
Integration with label printers, both in the office and on-board machines, allows for orderly management of the phases following cutting, improving material traceability.
The result is a more streamlined workflow, with fewer manual errors and greater consistency between design and production .
